An abstract is a brief summary of the main points of an argument. Some journal articles appear with abstracts on the first page. Read the abstract, and ask yourself, does this article suit my needs? Do I understand the abstract? Is this article too advanced, or not advanced enough? (Chicago University web,2015)

The changes of technology in changing of world

The importance of internet technology is huge in our lives. How internet effects our day to day life and how it has made our lives easy? Internet is a medium which has enabled computers to connect with each other. The internet is also known as gigantic library, as well as a world wide message board, telephone network, and publishing medium. It is open 24 hours a aday, and you can find anything you want there. Internet technology has changed the way we communicate with each other, perform business, or get entertained. The medium has perished the boundaries or constraints that were once present in the world. Internet technology has erased those boundaries helping individuals in various ways. People found the perfect weapon to communicate from any location and at any point of time.
At present, internet has become part of life in human beings life. It would be hard to imagine the world without internet. We would have never seen a world as it is now without the medium. So, there is greater importance to internet to an individual. We are dependent on the technology to make our life simpler.Internet technology has completely changed how we communicate, respon or entertain ourselves. Its importance in everyday life is never ending and plays a great role in enhancement of quality of life. There has been a great increase in benefits and reduction in time. Internet is a powerful  medium that have changed how we live and will continue to change in the future.

The impact of the internet on our daily life
There is a big influence of technique on our daily life. Electronic devices, multimedia and computers are things we have to deal with everyday. Espeacially the internet is becoming more and more important for nearly everybody as it is one of the newest and most forward-looking media and surely the medium of the future. It would be necessary to think about some ggod and bad aspects of how this medium influences us, what impact it has on our social behaviour and what the future will look like. The internet changed our life enormously, there is no doubt about that.

Internet and Social Media?
The internet and social media provide young people with a range of benefits, and opportunities to empower themselves in a variety of ways. People can maintain social connections and support networks that otherwise would not be possible, and can access more information thatn ever before. The communities and social interactions people from  online can be invaluable for developing people’s self-confidence and social skills. The use of social media and networking services such as Facebook, Twitter, Instgram and Snapchat have become an integral part of people daily lives.

How strongly can social media influence and control people’s lives?
What comes to your mind when you hear the term “social media?” Perhaps some people thinking about the media that makes them able to meet and communicate with people around the world. While some others think that social media is the channel that gives them the chance to send and receive many information. Others think that social media is about the way we get many updates from people who we follow and maybe someone out there thinks social media is a part of a new marketing strategy.
Nowadays, social media seems like a big part of our life. For example, when your friends did not reply to your text, you can greet them on facebook. When you want to listen to music or see a music video from your favourite singer, you can directly go to Youtube. When you just wake up and open your eyes, you do not have to walk outside to get the newspaper, you just simply can take the phone and scroll your twitter timeline then you will get the information. Blog and forum also types of social media because they allow you to share ‘what you think’ about articles, picture, videos and so on. Everything looks and feels easier to do with social media.

People as social participants and active citizens.
Social networking services can provide an accessible and powerfool toolkit for highlighting and acting and issues and causes that affect and interest of people. Social networking services can be used for organising activities, events, or groups to showcase issues and opinions and make wider audience aware of them.

People developing a voice and building trust.
Social networking services can be use to debating and dicussion skills in local, national, and international context. This helps users develop public ways of presenting themselves. Personal skills are very important in this context. To make, to develop and keep friendships, and to be regarded as a trusted connection within a network. Social networking services can provide people with oppurtunities to learn how to function successfully in a community, navigating a public social space and developing social norms and skills as participants in peer groups.

The darkside of technology and social networks
People too focus on bright side of technology but they also need to know about the implication of growth technology. Technology as medium for us to explore the outside that we want to know without boundries. So we can get more information and knowledge about something we used to know. But the people take and use it as wrong ways that admitted to cyber crimes. We have heard many cases that related to cyber crime happened that involve any ages. Everybody wished they not be a victim but they must to know which are good or bad things when involving with using of technology. We cannot avoid not using technology because the world already plants the technology as a medium to interact, make transaction and build relationship in communities around the world.

Personal relationship in reality vs virtual
The technology also become a reason of lack interaction between people surrounding. They more interest play and look at their gadgets with ignoring people around them. They will become anti-social because of the things at their hands. That show unethical behaviour when others have talk to them and no reaction. We have look how passing time change of technology affect human relationships. We can people begin the communication using the devices and gadget. The effects from this point, now we can see the families do not spend quality time together because everybody focus on their own gadget. The use of internet and technology have taking power in society and it have able to change people lifestyle . Some of people love to share their secret with social media community such as Facebook.  They hope for likers or comment of their posting. That can be a good thing but it also can be a bad thing because some of people may give your good opinion or advises but there have also some of people will down you with harsh words.

The social media may can be medium for someone to find their lover. But in my opinion it is not the suitable place to find someone to love because people can lie about their ages, martial status, income, physical appearance and etc. The background of the person we get acquainted not accurate and cloudy. As the example we can related with this situation with reality show television programme of MTV called “Catfish”. This reality show programme is about the person get know each other through social media and person who creates fake personal profiles on social media sites using someone else's pictures and false biographical information to pretend to be someone other than themselves. That TV programme give a message do not believe person through social media and it is not right place to find a someone for sharing your problem or secret life unless we know that person in reality. Be careful with the person on social media, they can be your enemies or murder. The things we should aware is the social media not a place to disclose our personal matter or things that can contribute bad perception from others. The things will getting viral easily and it will damage your images. So think before post something at your wall.

Cyber Ghost.
One fact of life you need to get your head around if you have a computer is this: According to the annual Norton Cybercrime Report (NCR), there’s a 66% chance you have already experienced cybercrime. That figure will grow over time. It’s rational to say if you use a computer, you will experience cybercrime at some stage in your life. (Sam Volkering, 2013). According to Nortan Cybercrime Report (NCR), every second of every day, 18 people fall victim to cybercrime. That’s over 566 million people per year. The most cybercrime move silently without conscious through malware, viruses and Trojan Horse. These parasite may be look useful but it will damage our computer programme slowly. The virus could be laying to our smartphones or computers to waiting online banking password, social media accounts when we connected to public wifi. We have heard about many cases that involve cyber crime. According to The Star online 2015, there have 30 cases of Malaysian was reported fall for cyber crime.

10 Simple ways to Live a Less Stressful Life

“If you ask what the single most important key to longevity is, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still have to say it.” - George F. Burns

1. One thing at a time.
This is the simplest and best way to start reducing your stress, and you can start today. Right now. Focus as much as possible on doing one thing at a time. Clear your desk of distractions. Pick something to work on. Need to write a report? Do only that. Remove distractions such as phones and email notifications while you’re working on that report. If you’re going to do email, do only that. This takes practice, and you’ll get urges to do other things. Just keep practicing and you’ll get better at it.

2. Simplify your schedule
A hectic schedule is a major cause of high stress. Simplify by reducing the number of commitments in your life to just the essential ones. Learn to say no to the rest — and slowly get out of commitments that aren’t beneficial to you. Schedule only a few important things each day, and put space between them. Get out of meetings when they aren’t absolutely essential. Leave room for down time and fun.

3. Get moving.
Do something each day to be active — walk, hike, play a sport, go for a run, do yoga. It doesn’t have to be grueling to reduce stress. Just move. Have fun doing it.

4. Develop one healthy habit this month.
Other than getting active, improving your health overall will help with the stress. But do it one habit at a time. Eat fruits and veggies for snacks. Floss every day. Quit smoking. Cook something healthy for dinner. Drink water instead of soda. One habit at a time.

5. Do something calming
What do you enjoy that calms you down? For many people, it can be the “get moving” activity discussed above. But it could also be taking a nap, or a bath, or reading, or having sex (which can also be considered a “get moving” activity if you do it for longer than 5 minutes). Other people are calmed by housework or yardwork. Some people like to meditate, or take a nature walk. Find your calming activity and try to do it each day.

6. Simplify your finances
Finances can be a drain on your energy and a major stressor. If that’s true with you, figure out ways to simplify things. Automate savings and bill payments and debt payments. Spend less by going shopping (at malls or online) much less. Find ways to have fun that don’t involve spending money.

7. Have a blast!
Have fun each day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I like to play with my kids — they take my mind off everything and are really hilarious. I also like to play sports (again, often with my kids). Board games are fun. Sex, again, can be a fun activity. Whatever you choose, be sure to laugh.

8. Get creative
Throwing yourself into a creative activity is another great way to de-stress and to prevent stress. I like writing, but others like to paint or play music or sketch or make pottery or do interior design or build things.

9. Declutter
This is a favorite of mine. I like to take 20-30 minutes and just go through a room, getting rid of stuff we don’t use or need anymore. I look around at anything that’s cluttering up a room, and get rid of it or find a better place for it. When I’m done, I have a nice, peaceful enviornment for work, play, and living. Do this a little at a time — it can be one of your “fun activities”.

10. Be early.
I will admit that it’s hard to be early when you have to get 6 kids ready (seriously — try it!). But being late can be very stressful. Try to leave earlier by getting ready earlier, or by scheduling more space between events. Things always take longer than normal, so schedule some buffer time: extra time to get ready, to commute, to do errands before you need to be somewhere, to attend a meeting before another scheduled appointment. If you get somewhere early, it’s good to have some reading material.
