ABSTRACT
The
article elaborates about business classification scheme and functional
classification of business process which indicates how well and organization
can perform based on their business classification process. It aims to study
the relationship between functional classification scheme and the way users in
different organizational units and at different organizational levels have
employed the system.
What is business record? According to Queensland
Government website (February 13, 2015), good record keeping can help to protect
the organization business, measure the performance and maximize profit.
Business records include minute meeting, memoranda, employment contracts and
accounting source documents. Records are the source documents, both physical
and electronic that specify transaction dates and amounts, legal agreements,
and private customer and business details
